Location: Conveniently located in the centre, just a 10-15 minute walk from both the Pisa Tower/Old Town and the train station. Apartment: A cozy space in an old building, ideal for holidays. Perfect for those who need minimal use of the space and not daily use of the facilities. Suitable for solo travelers ( both short and long stay) and couples (only short stay). It is an old building, and a lot of effort has been put into making the place as comfortable as possible. Easy self check-in and check-out.

Management: Unfortunately, I encountered a service issue that I’m confident could have been avoided with more attention. The agency responsible for the place, should better assess issues to prevent major problems before a new guest arrives in the apartment. Main Bedroom: there aren't many electrical sockets.A bedside lamp with built-in USB charging /cable free, should resolve the issue and avoid potential overloading. Kitchen/Living: There’s a similar issue with the electrical sockets. They are located behind the IKEA cabinet (on the floor), making them difficult to access and quite crowded. Bathroom: Cold and hard to heat up (I was there in December). Accessibility: The apartment is located on the 4th floor in an old building. The lift goes up to the third floor, and then you need to walk up one more floor. It's not a problem for those who don't mind and prefer the stairs (like me) over the lift, but this could be an accessibility issue for others and fairly indicated in the description.

Cannot compliment enough the host! From the moment of booking we felt very welcome, we received messages along the way to make sure everything goes smoothly for us. The self check-in process was a breeze. The location was perfect - right in the middle between the train station and the tower area, which made everything walking distance for us, we even walked to the airport on the last day. It's situated just on a river and next to a gorgeous gothic church, which made the whole vibe very special and romantic. Further, the apartment itself is well-equipped with all the necessities. I personally appreciated a lot that there are 2 TVs, one in living room and one in bedroom, I love watching movies while I eat :) The bed was also comfy, and it was very quiet so we had a great sleep. If we come back to Pisa, we definitely book it again!

The manager, Caroline, and her staff were exceptional, coming to my aid late Saturday when the lock was broken. The apartment was clean upon arrival. Bed linens were very comfortable. Quiet.

The space is small. Ok for just a few days. No frying pan. Washer difficult to operate (unless it's supposed to leave your clothes soaking wet at end).
