Lovely Loft in Old Town

Pats kambarys šviesus ir jaukus. Iškelta į viršų lova, pirmą aukšta padaro erdvų, patogų dienos veikloms (maisto gaminimui, pietavimui, gal net darbui).

Prie namų buvo keltas asmenų, po kurių stoviniavimo netoli durų liko švirkštų. Langai į gatvės pusę, užuolaidomis nelabai uždengia kambario vaizdą, vakare iškart norisi žaliuzių. Duše nelabai patogu praustis dėl vandens srovės krypties, dušą reik laikyti rankoje - padėtų lenkta dušo galvutė

The location is close to both the main bus and railway stations.

My first impressions on arriving at this property were not great, graffiti covered door to the street, stairwell in need of cleaning and lighting. Once off the street, my stay got off to a very bad start, the lock box with the key in it was jammed. I rang the agency, they suggested pushing the lever with a pen, I had already done this! They told me they would come over in about 2 hours time, fortunately I didn't have to wait this long as a neighbour managed to push the lever down to open the box. During my stay, I informed the agency about a number of issues. The bathroom stinks of sewage, running more water into the shower as suggested by the agency doesn't work, it make the smell worse. My guess, the shower waste hasn't been correctly fitted. The curtains were hanging off the hooks, no response to this, see photo. There were nails sticking out near the bed, initial response what do you mean, so I sent them further photos, response ,we can't send a workmen today, you can leave early if you like, it was my last day so I declined this offer. (see photos), all it needed was someone from the agency to visit with a hammer to hammer in the nails. My question how do you turn on the power to the extractor fan for the hob? Response, it comes on automatically there must be a problem. There is a big problem, it has no power cable connected to it, see photo! The apartment doesn't seem to get cleaned properly between guests, the floors are dirty in the corners, see photo. Even the walls were dusty. Downstairs, the sofa lacks padding, when you sit on it you hit the wooden frame. In the bathroom, the radiator is not fixed to the brackets mounted into the wall, it slides in and out. Upstairs lacks headroom, I am 1.69m tall and I could not stand upright upstairs even between rhe beams.

Beautiful, clean, stylish I really enjoyed the stay , bed was cozy and comfy too.

During my stay there were some nail not fully nail in the frame it can potentially be dangerous I hope it's fixed. Wasn't informed about the extra tax while paying, not a lot but will be happy to be informed about anything extra when paying

The location is great - a few minutes walk from the entrance to the old town.

There is no really free parking, despite the literal name of the listing "Lovely Loft in Old Town with free parking by URBAN RENT" - it's a blatant lie. We booked a month in advance, and just *three days before the our arrival* we received a message stating parking is not guaranteed - after the free cancellation period expired of course. The actual parking is a tiny lot behind the building, serving all its tenants (of which there are many), and every single time we tried to park there it was understandably completely full. Alternatives are parking on the street or in a nearby parking lot, both are EXTREMELY expansive (2.5 EUR per hour on the street, more expansive in the parking lot) and require an app which was a pain to install. We complained to the owner, but he just dismissed us, saying that parking is not guaranteed. Booking has issued us a small compensation for it, which is appreciated, but it doesn't really cover the lost time, actual spent money and bad mood resulting the incident. Other than that, the smell in the hallway leading to the apartment is insufferable, as if a cat died and decomposed there. In the apartment it was better, but still somewhat noticeable in the shower room. The wooden beams on the ceiling, while looking great in the pictures, do seem to be a bit moldy in some of the cracks - which is especially unhealthy considering the bed is right under them.

Na plus zasługuje lokalizacja obiektu, z którego pieszo można się przejść do ścisłego centrum. Niestety to chyba jedyny większy plus jaki ma do zaoferowania ten apartament szczególnie jeżeli jest w tak wysokiej cenie.

Niestety pomimo opisu i samej nazwy obiektu, jak się okazuje potem, parking nie jest gwarantowany i nie ma żadnego przypisanego miejsca parkingowego tylko mały dziedziniec. Klatka schodowa jest dosyć mocno obskurna więc przyjeżdżając wieczorem można się trochę przerazić. Sam pokój stosunkowo zadbany, brakuje niektórych sprzętów i artykułów jak np. ekspres do kawy czy cukier. Wyższa partia mieszkania z łóżkiem jest niska więc trzeba być cały czas mocno pochylonym. Łazienka jest bardzo niska i mała a przez brak jakiejkolwiek wentylacji wewnątrz robi się szybko duszno. Zdecydowanie ten apartament nie jest na obecną cenę.

Die Lage war super, sehr citynah und um die Ecke vom Markthaus. Beim Parkplatz hatten wir Glück, dass wir im Hof noch ein letztes Eckchen gefunden hatten und größer hätte unser Auto auch nicht sein dürfen. Die Wohnung war okay, alles hat funktioniert. Man schläft halt auf einem Hochbett und muss beim Aufstehen aufpassen, sich nicht an der Decke zu stoßen.

Das Treppenhaus war sehr heruntergekommen. Da ist man schon erleichtert, dass die Wohnung okay und gepflegt war.
