La localización y las personas que están allí trabajando. tuvimos un problema con la habitación asignada a través de la aplicación no estaba limpia y la persona que creo recordar que se llamaba Alina nos dió una solución. En cambio a través de la página web. No tenía respuesta correcta pero ella asumió lo que había pasado no había buena comunicación de arriba hacia ellos, y enseguida nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Bravo por ella, increíble

Lugar limpio y muy completo en cuanto lo necesario para la estancia de unos días. La ubicación también muy buena con supermercados, restaurantes y un shopping cerca.

En general todo muy bien, lo único que sugeriría es que la habitación tenía demasiados muebles con cajones que, en mi caso, una estancia de 2 días no eran necesarios.

We had the whole room just for ourselves (3 people in 4 beds room - 2 bunkbeds). For us it was ideal, but we can't imagine being in this room with other guests who we don't know The bathroom could be cleaner, but we understand that it's hard to keep it clean because of different guests all the time No shutter/curtains on the windows

O quarto tinha uma porta que nunca fechava, o que gera insegurança. Era junto à WC, que tinha a porta emperrada e fazia muito barulho, que tornou a dormida quase impossível.

The staff was super friendly and helpful also at the evening. The room and the common area were clean and tidy. No problems with check in, check out. 2 bathrooms to share for 7 rooms, but it was not a problem.

I arrived before midnight and found out that the window in my room was slightly open so there were circa 10degrees inside. Even though I got the 2nd blanket from the other bad I was freezing and had to sleep in my clothes as there was no heating in the room. It's also an old building so you can hear people taking and closing the doors, but that didn't bother me that much. The cold was unbearable so I wouldn't go there again outside of summer ;)
