Buena Vista Apartment, 3 bedrooms

The house looks good and the most thing where there as described. However, it was very dirty upon arrival. There was a black hair in the bed, one of the bathrooms was still dirty and had bugs, and the kitchen was full of fingerprints, crumbs, and dust. The first thing we had to do was clean everything ourselves. Regarding parking, the listing on Booking.com says there is an underground parking space, but that is not correct. You have to park on a busy street, which should be updated in the listing. Not very safe with a little child. The location is excellent. The host , responds sometimes, —but there was no offer for additional cleaning and help after we reported the issues. Broken items and missing items were not fixed. There was no bedding for the baby even they know we came with a one year old, and the outside area of the accommodation was not very clean either—possibly due to the weather. The heater was off when we arrived, and we had to figure out how to turn it on ourselves (had to open it) Even then, it didn’t work very well. Also the the shower was very cold after 5 min of shower. The vacuum cleaner was also still dirty. There was no seat for the child, so we had to buy one ourselves. We informed the host and offers to left it at the house, but she did not offer to reimburse us. The inventory is lacking—there were no scissors and no lighter for example. For the amount of money we paid ( and a extra €100 for 2 extra persons we had to transfer in person ( booking dint asked more) it was very very bad. One shower head is broken, the other is held in place with zip ties. They do not fix it. The shower gets cold quickly while you’re using it. The air conditioners need to be set very high to get even a little warmth. Outside, something is leaking which causes the balcony to constantly get wet when the air conditioning is on. Also a lot of molt at the walls in the bedroom. No response after report it and sent pictures.

Space and quality of finish

Re paint walls were dump and mould appeared. No access to underground parking. Remote control was lost. shower drainer and sink was blocked. Not cleaned by cleaning team.

Location, newly renovated, very clean, pool, balcony, air-conditioning etc all great

Could do with some more towels, pool toys etc, but great

Great location with shops, bars and restaurants a stones throw away, lovely bright and airy modern apartment, really well presented and clean with everything you need for your holiday.

Car park space extremely tight!

The apartment was very clean in a great location, 100% as per the pictures and descriptions. We were on a golfing trip so the location was great, will be going back 👍
