ZAZAThe beds we’re comfortable, it was clean and the scenery was beautiful. The morning staff was still kind and the lady at the reception was kind too. The people were respectful
When we got lost the host was not nice she was very mean. Turns out the GPS picks up a closed entrance and we had to figure it out by ourselves cause the host wasn’t willing to help and kept referring to the instructions which only help once you are on the property already. Upon arrival the security guard also had no interest in showing us how the get to reception. They have hidden costs

We arrived the Friday.The place was not cleaned properly, found dust in certain areas. We also had no hot water the first evening, needed to shower in cold water. The Saturday, we needed to use a different chalet for hot water the morning, this was a huge inconvenience. The hot water was only restored after 10:30am that morning. We were able to enjoy a hot shower the Saturday evening and Sunday morning when we checked out.
ZAHébergement confortable et bien équipé. Nous y avons passé une bonne soirée. La terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner est très agréable.
