Complimentary Airport Shuttle Transfer to/from Chiang Mai Airport is available for guests whose booking includes the airport shuttle. The service operates every 2 hours. Advance reservation is required with full flight details. The shuttle will not operate if there is no reservation for that time slot. All requests are subject to seat availability (first-come, first-served). The airport shuttle service operates on the following schedule: From the Sleep Mai Chiang Mai Airport Hotel to Airport: 08:00 – 16:00 From the Airport to Sleep Mai Chiang Mai Airport Hotel: 09:00 – 17:00 Requests outside the schedule will incur an additional charge, or guests must arrange transportation independently. Guests will be met by the hotel representative only at Gate No. 6, Arrival Hall (middle gate between International and Domestic). Please look for the shuttle vehicle with the hotel logo sign. Our airport representative will wait only 10 minutes at Gate No. 6. If missed, please wait for the next round. For any further assistance, please approach the property staff. A deposit may be required at the property.
