The airport shuttle service operates on the following schedule: From the Sleep Mai Chiang Mai Airport Hotel to Airport: 08:00 – 16:00 From the Airport to Sleep Mai Chiang Mai Airport Hotel: 09:00 – 17:00 Requests outside the schedule will incur an additional charge, or guests must arrange transportation independently. Guests will be met by the hotel representative only at Gate No. 6, Arrival Hall (middle gate between International and Domestic). Please look for the shuttle vehicle with the hotel logo sign. Our airport representative will wait only 10 minutes at Gate No. 6. If missed, please wait for the next round. For any further assistance, please approach the property staff. Really nice place if you need to be near the airport and not on a budget. Felt very clean and luxury, I felt very looked after. Staff were very kind and received some lazada parcels for me before I arrived too. Theres a really good breakfast selection, and the micro gym (treadmill) was a real bonus for me.

Very noisy super-expressway next to it which you can hear from the room, and not the most convenient location for exploring Chiang Mai, but I guess that's what you get if you want to stay close to the airport. The mattress was too soft and pillow too thick for my liking but maybe that's personal preference.

The price, it’s very budget friendly, the room was clean.

The location sucks if you don’t have a bike or car, we used the bicycle for groceries, there’s not much restaurant or convenient stores nearby! They only have 2 pillows on the bed and they are not comfortable, very high pillows for the neck! The gym sucked! No space to lift weights!
