"Worst and not worth every penny"

Location

The house very empty. Not clean, the floor quite dirty. The water pressure in toilet very low, dont have hanging thing inside the toilet to hang our towel. The aircond is not even cold. The security is good and secure but quite annoying bcs even after register the guard need to check and verify when u go in and out. The house sumpah kosong yer not even worth the price.

The property was clean and comfortable to stay in. Located in a quiet and peaceful housing area, so there were no unwelcome noise. Parking was very convenient. The security was also very tight, letting us feel more secure.

The road to get to the housing area is not well-lit, so finding the place was a bit disconcerting. There's no convenience marts close by, leaving us to stock up before arriving or driving out to find one nearby.
