There was nothing to like, as can be seen in the next section. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

There is nothing alright with this rental unit: there is no heating, the rooms are incredibly small and even though it`s listed as 9 people maximum, the rooms are as following: 2 very small bedrooms, one big bedroom with a lot off beds and another small room with a room for only 1 small bed. When we arrived in December, we called the property to help us with the heating, because we had 2 small radiators for the whole house. The property never answered, so we had to call Booking. Only after calling Booking, the host answered and brought us some radiators. We all had to wait for hours in cold at night with our jackets on. 10 minutes after the host brought us radiators, the power was cut off. This is a clear indicator that the electrical grid doesn`t support more than 2 raditators. After we tried to be understanding, we called the owner and told him we have to leave. The owner came, saw the situation and confirmed that he will give us a full refund for the reservation, since we had to leave at 12AM and find another property to book. After which, the host stopped answering and refused to waive the Booking fee, saying that he received no mail from Booking and no fee waiving request. For around a week we have all been calling him with no answer. We then went to the police, which called him. He told the police that we just didn`t like the property and left. Would anyone stay in a home made out of wood, with problems with electricty at 10 degrees during the winter? Would anyone want to risk their lives if the electrical grid started a fire? Up to the date of the review, no refund was given and we will be using all of our tools to close this property or at least warn any other possible guest of the dangers of renting this property has.
