A localização.

O apartamento não estava tão limpo quanto o esperado. Além disso, eu estava hospedada com uma criança, que não recebeu toalha. Ao questionar a situação, fui informada de que, por a criança não pagar uma tarifa adicional, ela não teria direito a esse item. Considero essa política inadequada, especialmente por se tratar de um item básico de hospedagem e não ter tido sequer opção de pagar por tal item. Essa experiência impactou negativamente nossa estadia.

"Alojamiento perfecto"

La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento es perfecto de tamaño y todo está muy limpio. Además, el anfitrión es un 10!! Todo perfecto, sin duda si volvemos a Cuenca repetiremos en el mismo alojamiento

Lo único que mejoraría del alojamiento es la puerta de la entrada porque está un poco deteriorada pero por lo demás todo perfecto
