1. There was no bathroom mat, the water would come out and make the room dirty 2. Thwre was no hot water

Nothing to like about this place. THINK TWICE BEFORE ENTERING. CHECK OUT EXPERIENCE WILL BE A NIGHTMARE. SAYING AGAIN. THINK TWICE. If you enter do not pay more than 502 rupay. Think twice folks.

**Review for OYO Townhouse 69, Gurgaon** I had an incredibly disappointing experience at OYO Townhouse 69. Despite making a partial online payment, the staff denied it and obstructed my checkout, making me feel harassed and unsafe. The hotel seems more suited for people seeking 450- 500 rupees room. Do not go with your girlfriend or partner. Check out time is 11am but it usually takes anything between 12 to 1:30pm to leave. They will force you to call oyo customer service number before check out and will make sure that you confirm that oyo has credited their account. Post that they will ask you for every payment screenshot. For example if you ordered 13 water bottles you will need to what's app them 13 screenshots. Maximum 502 rupay room. Not beyond that. Their staff is incompetent and unhelpful, creating a stressful situation. Additionally, they require screenshots of every online payment, which is both inconvenient and unprofessional. Overall, I found the service to be third-class and utterly pathetic. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay. NOT SERVICED BY OYO. FAKE HAI. LOT OF INTRUSION IN PRIVACY.
