Location was great very quiet. Great value for money. Comfortable beds.

Seating was not good as couch was broken and only left one comfortable seating. My husband had just got out of hospital and was unable to climb stairs and because of broken couch couldn't sleep downstairs. We did ask for a fold up bed but no response. We were disappointed they did not tell us about broken couch as they seem to already know.

"sofa bed was broken and the property was a bit cold"

good value for money and not difficult to find. good sized rooms and looked similar to the photos.

there was a cupboard in the kitchen which was full of fumes (think it was full of smoke) - suggest labelling this to prevent guests from opening it as the smell takes a while to disappear. it was also fairly cold in the property (we went in May). the sofa bed was broken
