Great Location!

It felt claustrophobic it didn't have very good air ventilation. You. need the ac running if you were in that particular room and it was January so the weather was cold outside

"Poor price-quality ratio"

5.0

The location is very good, the apartment is on the 6th floor and has a view only of the interior of the building. The bed is comfortable and a good size for 2 people. Washing machine and clothes dryer are a very good option.

There is no corridor in the apartment, you immediately enter the living room. There is no space where you can hang your jacket and leave your shoes. It all fits in your living room. The apartment door is very difficult to open. The kitchen is very small, so if you use a coffee machine, you cannot use the toaster, you have to switch them on and off alternately because there is not enough space for both of them to stand at the same time on the work area. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, there are 3 forks and the apartment is for 4 people, 4 coffee caps, so you have to wash them non-stop. there is a sudo machine in the apartment, but on a tablet for the machine. The kitchen is completely empty in terms of basic food such as salt, oil, sugar. You only get 2 coffee capsules and the apartment is for 4 people. There are also no capsules for the washing machine. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days, 1 garbage bag for 5 days, You have to buy everything. I think it is unacceptable for 190e per night.

"Not luxury as the name suggests, average at best, bad supplies for anyone staying more than 3 Days"

3.0

Property was not very good value for its price point. Not luxury yet we paid a higher price expecting it to be nicer but fell short. Its a decent micro apartment ar best

The arrogance to call it luxury and then tell us that we need to supply our own basics like toilet paper and dishwasher soap. As a fellow Airbnb manager, would have never expected the response of: no you get your own, when asking for toilet paper.
