GBThe room was beautiful, the view was incredible and staff were welcoming and professional.
No chef so no breakfast. We were provided with cereal and milk but no hot drinks. No quiet bed and breakfast!

We booked this room due to breakfast being included, when we went down on the morning we were told the chef had not turned in. Over a month on and a refund has not been issued to reflect this.
GBThe room was a nice size and the en suite shower was lovely. The bed was comfy, with a snuggly duvet and great pillow choices. The staff were great and the breakfast was lovely 😊

One of the bay windows didn't close properly, which any other time might have been fine but during a storm, the wind was blasting in! I had to Jam a small piece of paper in to force the window closed a little more. No chef available for food. Which was not the hotels fault but a shame as the food had some amazing reviews. However its such a lovely idyllic setting that it barely took away from a lovely stay

GBGBI don't feel I need to rate the room and facilities as the road was a metre away from the single pane windows and we didn't get any sleep. Loud ALL night. A hotel you cannot sleep in.
