GBGBThe facilities seem to be very new and modern and the location is within walking distance to the waterfront.
Upon entry there was a strong smell of damp. There seemed to be a leak from ceiling to floor in the hallway as there were visible water marks and the walls were cracked. There was also black mould and water stains in the downstairs bedroom on the left. Thought the property the walls were plastered badly with water damage. The bedsheets in the right bedroom were dirty with little curly hairs in the bed. The pillows smelt and had sweat stains. I tried to contact the property several times and there was no response on there emergency number provided. My daughter and I who is asthmatic had to sleep with no bed sheets or cover because of how dirty they were. The mattresses are also so cheap and thin you just sink into the springs. None of us slept at all including my husband and 8 year old son. when I tried to contact the property again several times in the morning they finally replied 2 hours later to say they would bring some sheets. By this time my daughter was struggling with the damp and mould so we left for her safety. We required a refund for one night as we were due to stay for another night but couldn’t due to the environment and they advised they would call the owner to confirm the refund as the property is managed by Athena properties. We were in Norwich for a family celebration which we had to leave early for as we couldn’t justify paying an additional £300 to stay in a premier inn when we just paid £432 for this apartment for 2 nights. I have opened a dispute with booking.com as the owner and property company are not confirming the refund and have stopped responding to any calls or messages.

NLVrij nieuwe accommodatie met eigen parkeerplaats. Prima locatie op loopafstand van de binnenstad. Mooie keuken en prima slaapkamers, elk met eigen badkamer.
Deurtje wasbakkastje linker slaapkamer slaat open met handvat tegen douchewand. WC bril blijft niet open staan. weinig handdoeken voor 3 overnachtingen.
