Liberaram o apartamento pra eu entrar mas a limpeza ainda não tinha sido feita. Mas contactei e eles enviaram uma pessoa para limpar

Everything was great. The apartment was beautiful and very close to the center of the city and other main locations.

Apartamento muito agradável, espaçoso e limpo. Tem uma boa localização e, apesar do frio lá fora, dentro a temperatura era muito confortável. Funcionários prestáveis.

Pequenas falhas no Wi-Fi. A roupa a cama deve ser revista, en especial, as almofadas e as fronhas.

Todo. La ubicación es perfecta, llegas en 5 min andando a cualquier sitio, y está literalmente al lado de los ruinbars. Es super grande, está bien equipado, baño enorme separado del WC, todo perfecto. Super buena comunicación para acceder el primer día y para dejarlo el último. Lo que es un TOP

Perfect location, having a washing room available was a luxury as well. The apartment is very spacious and well furnished. Loved our stay there.

Propreté, confort, taille du logement (grand salon-salle à manger, grande chambre, grande salle de bain, toilettes séparées). Facilité d’accès via les consignes par mail. Rapport qualité prix. Emplacement proche du métro et tramway. Nous avions choisi ce logement car il est dans la rue où habite notre fils, mais le quartier s’est avéré très agréable.

À vrai dire rien, mais un petit bémol très minime : une grande poêle et un plat pour aller au four serait appréciable pour compléter l’équipement de la cuisine.

Just a modern apartment quite spacious for a couple. At least the city centre is so close

The cleaning is superficial and it's easy to see. We asked for an extra pair of clean towels for 5 nights and were asked to pay 5 euros. They don't provide any shower products. When we arrived at 4 p.m., the apartment wasn't ready yet because it was still being cleaned... Everything is managed remotely without much interest in the guests, like an assembly line.
