Limited towels. Only two bath towels. No hand towel, no kitchen towel, no paper towels.

Nice apartment, recently renovated, the location is nice. But the cleaning was not good, we found some dust on the furnitures and small pieces of paper on the floor. Lots of hair in the washing machine.

The first evening, sweaty and tired, we found NO HOT WATER. The next morning, after reporting the problem and going out, we received the message to come back, otherwise the technician won't be able to come in, we returned, they sent us the message that the technician had already stopped by in our absence. WHY DID YOU MAKE US COME BACK??? Two days later, no hot water again, on the phone they promised the technician only at 10.00 the next morning. In the morning I had to call them to hear that the manager had made a mistake and that the hot water supply is centralised in the building and does not depend on them. WHAT? When I booked I specified FEW TIMES two single beds: upon arrival I found two beds together as one double bed. When I wrote in the chat the answer was to separate them and make the beds by ourselves. Since the change is not provided, I also asked for 1 set of towels for an extra fee. Upon arrival I didn’t find it and after the reminder they brought it on the third day when I had already resolved. BTW they only give you two handkerchiefs and two big towels for showering. Several questions in the chat about face towels were ignored. TIME WASTING for communications when you should already be enjoying the city! «Icing on the cake»: on the day of departure when we and our suitcases are ready, and I have only to put the money and documents in the bag, at 9.59 the cleaning lady comes in, you kindly ask her for 10 minutes more to finish and go out. She tells you that she has to remove the sheets and goes towards the bedroom. She removes everything by shaking the dust on the bedside table where there is the sterile napkin and the eye drops to put in before going out. In the meantime I have to run over the flat frantically removing the euros, passports and forints left scattered on the various surfaces which is why I asked for 5-10 minutes more.

Cozy apartment, quiet, close to the city center but a little bit outside it. Nice modern building.

The parking the listing mentions is city parking paid by the hour on the street, at any available spot you can find in the nearby area. I couldn't just go there and park after arriving, I had to search for an on-street spot nearby, download the city's parking app, add money to it, understand how it works, etc. Not as simple as the listing made it seem.

Extra towels will be beneficial as one big one per person is not enough

A great apartment in what we thought was a quiet street, but within easy walking distance of attractions Very clean with all equipment needed...although we never cook as we use local places to eat. On 5th Floor but there is a lift. No noise from other residents. The Airport Express Bus Stop at Kalvin Ter is only short walk away as is the River Danube. My wife was concerned no curtains for privacy, but there are electric blinds. We would recommend the Apartment GP 2....100%.

Nothing really..this is not meant to criticise but a small table next to sofa would be nice to put your drink on and maybe a few more things in bathroom..like shower gel. Just something small until we go to a store. But none of this reflects our stay...an A1 place.

This is a very spacious, bright, clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Just a 7 min walk to the nearest subway station, lots of cafes and shops nearby. The staff is absolutely fantastic - helpful, friendly, always reply without any delays! Totally recommend!
