"Fraud fraud fraud"

Cleaning was good Staff behaviour was also good

Location was slight away but ok They have not provided drinking water so that they can charge extra money Also food quality was more than worst They asked for double the amount which was showing on booking.com What is this ? Why are you guys not taking action against these types of the hotels They said that it is showing by mistake. They said that they informed the booking.com about price hike Then why I am not informed Even before going to the property I also contacted the hotel receptionist but at that time he didn't tell me about that . Please do some needful about these frauds otherwise don't show these hotels on your site

"Pathetic Experience"

Nothing.

Flush doesn't work. Water wasn't there. Then came after complaining Hotel manager first denied entry. No toiletries provided. Used condoms and bottles in the room provided. Dustbin not cleaned. Too much noise Pathetic
