Cozy flat in Nea Makri

​It was my second time in Greece and I managed to visit almost every interesting place in Athen. However, I also like outdoor activities, so it was a compromise. I went to the mountains, visited a historical monastery, joined a Marathon etc., and my companions relaxed on the beach. Win-win. As for the owner, communication with her was pleasant and easy. Thank you for your hospitality.

In fact, I don't have any complains. This is the rare case when everything is great. The only thing I can pay attention to is the need to put towels and napkins in the kitchen.

Very cozy, as the name says, it did not disappoint. We arrived very late, but Ioanna was very kind and was available at the late hour. After a very long trip, 19 hours by car, we were able to have a very relaxing sleep with no disturbance and in comfortable beds. It may not be in the latest design fashion but it was very nice and clean. Also, perfect room temperature at night and no need for air conditioning. We were in the apartment at the base level. Ioanna was very kind and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect for families that want a cozy and quiet place after a day of visiting the Attica region. We visited the eastern coast, from Skala Oropou, Saint Porphyrios Monastery, to Saint Ephraim Monastery in Nea Makri. Thank you Ioanna, we hope to visit you again!

Все было чисто, есть все необходимое в доме. Хозяйка убиралась и меняла пастель/ полотенца, каждые 3 дня. Кондиционер работает, но мы почти не пользовались, температура в доме была комфортная, при 35-37 на улице. Перебоев с горячей водой и светом не было. Интернет достаточный для просмотра видео. По запросу предоставили утюг и посуду. Есть плита на 2 комфорки и нужная посуда. Хозяйка очень приятная в общении, помогала с нашими вопросами. Если пешком, До ближайшего пляжа 10 минут, до кафе 15-20, до магазина Lidl 15-20 минут. До песчаного пляжа нужно будет проехать, мы были на машине 10 минут, там и городские и частные пляжи с кафе на любой вкус. До Афин 30-35 минут на машине.
