Massive 3 bedroom villa in heart of Seminyak

It was just like the photos - beds were super comfortable- pool was lovely, it was close enough to eat street- but still a bit of a walk. We loved our stay :)

The Villa looked exactly like it did in the photos. Even better I'd say. Adam was extremely friendly and quick to solve an issue we had with the wifi. All three 2 rooms and their ensuite bathroom were quite big and spacious. The staff were great!

Location was ok. Rooms were decent size but bedroom 1 had broken bed and no hot water in shower. Pool was nice but water is always cold. Had family stay 1x street over, theres was nice and warm and clean

The mosquito larvae (worms) in our shower and water leaking from shower around toilet bowl. Really didnt want to be there after that! Owner came and treated but it grossed me out. The living areas were outside and we got bitten. Yes we used Soffell, mozzie bands, patches, plug ins etc. Microwave and sink trap was dirty- told owner- they came and cleaned it. All the dishes were out on bench (in rack, open air) - so we got food brought in. Close to open sewer drain- outside front of door and backs onto alley way. Front door handles need to be screwed more tightly. Being an open air living areas- we got a lot of smoke from surrounding areas. Villa at end of street. Wouldnt stay again

Everything was great just like the pictures.

The only thing that was letting the property down was the cleaning, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms.
