"Good for what I needed"

Staff was pleasant, room was decent and gym was available so that's all I was looking for.

Parking wasn't easy and no elevator made traveling to 2nd floor tough. I had requested 1st floor but not available so there was a lot of walking but it's fine. Also limited areas to potty dogs.

"Gross and I want my money back"

Nothing

There were rat droppings in our room. Both rooms smelled of mold very strongly. The wifi warned us not to go on it as it is an insecure network. The beds were hard. This hotel was housing the homeless population. The pool had chipping paint and cloudy gross water. The police were there when we arrived. They took 100 extra dollars as a "deposit" and I still haven't gotten that back. The staff were cordial but that's all. 2 men were yelling at my teenage daughter from across the parking lot about a dropped watch and scared the shit out of her. Nothing about this place was ad advertised.

"Absolutely terrible."

Absolutely nothing

Everything! The room was dirty, hair and dirt all over the shower, nasty dirty water in and one the toilet. Bugs flying all over the room, dirty shower curtain, sticky floors, shower spraying all over the wall and ceiling, paint falling off the walls broken drywall and stained walls and ceiling. We literally went out and bought towels and bedding just to be able to feel somewhat safe to sleep and shower.
