The early check-In allowance The reception person was very helpful and kind The place was very clean and very well located in a quiet area

A dog in a nearby room barked a good part of the night and the elevator sounded loud music and information every time the elevator started or stopped... That is most unfortunate as we were woken often and we chose this place specifically for it's location

The host was very helpful and supportive. The room was neat. Linens wee clean enough.

The bathroom could have kept neat. Mirror and tap etc were never cleaned and had filthy look.
