"Good option, if your overnight flight gets cancelled at the last minute."

My flight got cancelled. Even though it was already midnight, I was able to book and check in. It's very close to the airport. Host was on the phone available to facilitate the late check in and was supportive. Very comfortable bed. I did get good night of sleep and returned to the airport refreshed in the morning.

It's quite small and modest but it will do if you need an overnight stay in Heathrow unexpectedly. Act fast when that happens.

"Customer Service Plus"

Host was absolutely amazing. We had cancelled Qantas flight 11.30pm and he opened up and accepted our very late booking last minute. Close to Heathrow and restaurants.
