The pool is large and well maintained. There is also a gym, which is a big plus. The location is very good ,close to the beach and the city center. A shopping center is also nearby, which makes everything very convenient.

The pool is large, but there are not enough sunbeds to relax or sunbathe. The staff speaks very limited English, and when asking questions, they repeatedly tell you to contact Booking instead. There is basically no on-site assistance. During check-in, I had to go back and forth to the 6th floor three times with all my luggage because they only provided a PIN code and did not properly explain or give clear access to my room. When I arrived, there was dirt inside the drawers, and I had to buy toilet paper myself because it was not replaced, even after requesting it. There are no good laundry options. I wanted to do laundry, but the reception told me it would take 7 days to get my clothes back, which is not reasonable. Although there is a balcony, smoking is not allowed. The smoking area described on Booking does not exist. Instead, there is only a small corner outside near the street, with pedestrians and traffic. This is not a proper on-site smoking area as advertised.

Location: Everything (Malls, Beach, Nightlife, Night Markets) were walking distance. The gym and the pool were clean and amazing. Security guards were everywhere making the facility very safe.

My room was closed to the busiest highway in the city. Lot of traffic noises. Towels were not provided for the gym and the pool.
