The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to Mount Batur right outside the window was magical. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

When we just arrived, the girl in the front desk asked us if we wanted some drink. We though that was the welcome drink so We agreed and asked for a hot tea as it was relatively cold outside. She brought the tea after 5 minutes, and realised we were staying in the hotel, so she now asked what we wanted for welcome drink, there were a few option, we picked a juice. The juice came with a huge fly fighting for her life in the foam, we asked her to bring another one and got surprised for asking that. We left the table and went to the room for like an hour. On the way out of the hotel, the receptionist was waiting for us and started calling us from far "excuse me you have a bill to pay" with a bill for the first 2 teas, 80k. We said we though that was the welcome drink, she said it was not in a rude way and made us pay. On top of that, we asked room service for two small bottles of water. Again, on the way out of the hotel they were already waiting for us with a bill of 20k rupia like we were going to leave without paying or something. Just for this weird treatment from the staff, I didnt feel comfortable at all. I wont come back
