Location; cleanliness and overall space of the room.

Límited parking in the premises plus we could hear everything happening on the room next to ours. Need to work with improving the noise cancellation between room. We stayed in room 1 and listened to the conversations and the little kids tantrums from the guests on room 2. Also, air conditioning could do better with cooking, as we woke up two nights in a row sweating because the AC was not cooling well the room.

This was a wonderful property! The location was excellent. It is right between Jax Beach and Neptune Beach, one mile away from tons of shops and restaurants at Beaches Town Center. As a solo traveler, I felt safe the entire time. The room was clean, comfy, and had a large, beautiful bathroom. The property also had ample beach towels and chairs to borrow. There were also little snacks (granola bars, trail mix etc.) and water and sparkling waters in the kitchen area. This is an excellent choice, and I would absolutely stay again!

The only somewhat tricky part was the keypad for the lock on the main door. There was a few times where it wouldn't work correctly and wouldn't open right away with the code. (The keypad for the rooms were excellent and easier to use!) I would also say to have the messages from the property pop up on the TOP of the thread via the texts, not the bottom, as they got lost down there.

The room on the third floor was extremely warm. The small Dan on the light wasn't enough to keep the room cool.

It was on the beach and the room was comfortable.

It was far from all the restaurants to walk there.

Cleanliness & friendly staff.

I have bad hips, the bed sat way to low & was hard to get out of. Also, there was no "real coffee" in the room or in the kitchen area!!It was nice

The location is great! Staff is kind and responsive. The view from the oceanfront rooms is amazing. Towels smell really good (not like bleach but a nice perfume). Fruits, granola, yoghurt, cereal bars, water (sparkling and still) are available daily in the dining area. The house decor is welcoming and cozy. It includes a fireplace, oceanfront chairs and spacious dining area. Rooms are very clean. The furniture in the room is nice. Spacious and comfortable shower. Loved the selection of tea and coffee both in the room and dining room. Cable tv is good even though the tv screen is smaller than expected.

They should emphasize that the front door access code is the same as the room access code. It took us some time to figure it out. The room thermostat is in the hallway so it can be switched anytime. Rooms should have their own thermostat. Room 2 needs an indoors armchair and a large outdoors table. The small kitchen area needs some shelves. Guests are not supposed to enter the kitchen on the first floor. Not sure why. Hallways are a bit cramped. Recycling options should be communicated to guests. The recycling bin is just outside on the left.

Couldn't use door to back patio, stairs were hard on my arthritis, no television, no alarm clock or radio, sign said not to use kitchen, no microwave in room, no sign to say where ice machine was, no extra blankets and it was freezing 🥶
