The property was clean and well maintained. Communication from the host was very easy and prompt. The location was incredible. It was right by the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely return if we’re ever back in Jacksonville

Nothing to not like.

Everything! The room and home is so welcoming, lovely and pristine, access is easy, view is a dream..The personal touches and care displayed to ease the stay. Perfect logistics, instructions and communication. Room lightened and warmed up before I arrived, I was touched and impressed. Superior bed, linens, drapes, coffee machine, decor, all items added in the room for an uplevel experience. Host eased my mind when I had a concern, kindness was shown and the host made it easy for me. I felt treated like Royalty. It shows that the Host wishes for guests to feel wonderful...this is a success. Beauty all around and extras in the lounge if desired. It was more than I'd hope for and I did not mind so much the cold, rain and clouds, it felt like the room and house was a soft cocoon where it feel wonderful to just relax and recharge. Did not want to leave and will be back with my husband and my niece next time, this year. I will recommend you to my traveling friends as well. Thank you so much, receive my gratitude and blessings. Location

No ice, access to the outdoor seating area blocked, very low bed and finally three flights of stairs to the room that if I would have known might have sent me to another property.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, common area, view of the ocean and location in general. The checkin and communication with staff was accessible and convenient. Overall a good experience

The location was awesome

I visited on 1/15 - 1/17/2025 i didn't have control of the thermostat. I was cold. I wish there was an ice machine and microwave available. Overall I had an enjoyable peaceful stay.

Amazing view, and the bathroom/bedroom was amazing.

Just the code for the front door and room constantly would change or just not work at all, so I was sitting outside in 30 degree weather waiting for help or a response

Jessica and Alejandro were gracious hosts and readily responded to any inquiry. The accomodations were the highest standard and very luxurious while being very affordable. Be A Nomad is beach rentals done with class and I stayed at a hidden gem.

Honestly the sensor lights in the living room stayed on as long as I was there, even after I switched them off. I really wanted to see the beach at night, while sitting downstairs, which meant to those lights off.
