location excellent, modern clean facilities, spacious flat
For those unfamiliar with an induction hob and electric radiators, it would have been really helpful to have some basic instructions. We managed, though could not get the hob to turn on, and the fridge froze our milk! But we were only staying 2 nights and we managed perfectly well.

We loved our stay at Avon's View, great facilities and location. Wished we could have stayed longer and if returning to Stratford in the Summer we would love to stay again.
Working the heaters was a challenge and instructions would've been helpful.

Location was great - very easy walking distance to town. Plenty of parking, which was a bonus that close to town. Apartment was nice. Big rooms, and comfortable beds
Apartment was really cold on arrival (14 degrees), and took about a day to heat up - not helped by the fact that the kitchen heater was broken. In the end I went to b and q (on owner's instruction) to buy a new heater.
