Cityscape Suite, 4 to 5 Pax at Urban Suites Georgetown by SuperStay

The Property itself was clean.There was a good view of city and check in was smooth. The owner was super helpful as my son and husband were down with fever and they allowed late check out. We didnt face any issues. There is a 24 hours super market near by and many food stalls.

The property is relatively away from main attraction but taxi is cheap so wasnt a big one. If u like to cook your own meals then this place isnt for u as there is no kitchen even though there is a hot plate provided thats not very helpful.

Spacious, bright, well lit, reasonably firm mattress, enough hanging frames and clothes hangers, efficient and well positioned split aircon system, fans, two bedroom two bathrooms, spacious lounge and dining areas, large refrigerator, the gym, walking and exercise areas on Level 11

Soft flat pillows, no bedside drawers, hot water shower head spray jets too fine and diffuse scattering water onto surrounding toilet and floor, no floor and hand towels, flimsy hanging rack over toilet cistern, supplied melamine plates unsuitable for heating food in microwave, unsuitable corrosive dish washing paste (we had to buy normal dishwashing liquid), kitchen work cabinet and TV cabinet too low, toilet behind toilet seat hinge not properly cleaned, games room on Level 11 poorly equipped( no darts and no table Football balls, no dish rack, kitchen towel, insufficient cutlery and food preparation utensils, bedroom too small to store luggage(fortunately able to use second bedroom), sharp bed frame corners

Walking Distance to Mart, market and Food, host Very Responsive, House Clean and very suitable for Family stay will Revisit and Recommended

Overall good service

Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very detailed instructions for self checkin. The location of building was great, with nice city views. Parking was very good. Very secure and safe. There was iron, vacuum, hair dryer and other basic things provided. Very clean.

The furnishing was minimal. There was sofa for only 2 people and a bean bag. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable. Single cooktop. May not be very comfortable for more than 3 people. While on 38th floor, it was quite noisy due to vehicle noise from the major roads around property.
