Hotel O R Square Grand

The Hotel Demanded more Money upon check in as they say the Booking amount was too low. Though Oyo controls the booking amount and collected the full booking amount for all three rooms online in advance. Even after approaching the Oyo Customer care more than three four times they did not respond. I trust Booking.com. Please do not partner as such deals will leave trust on Booking.com also.

Don't expect with this price you can get in room.... After arriving at the hotel, they ask for an extra payment, such as the 50%. mentioned on Booking.com.

There was no breakfast

No housekeeping for 4 days. Although bedsheets were changed, they were extremely dirty. The old lift door doesn't close, hence, it doesn't work most of the times. No water bottle given. Doesn't qualify to be a flagship hotel

The room was clean and spacious. Very Good place to stay. Bed was very good and comfortable.
