entrance is all automatic...if you have no smart phone might be an issue but I'm sure it can get sorted out

i was surprised to find very steep and somehow unsafe stairs to get to the flat. For me there was no problem but tourists with large heavy weight suitcases might have an issue

Stairs were challenging but manageable

The check-in app that requires to take photos of documents and selfie while holding documents, i find it really intrusive, I wouldn't book if I would know it in advance. The same app should allow you to ooen all 3 doors with your phone, but it didn't work, not even on the second day. The coffee machine that was missing a part, so you couldn't make a coffee. If the app works and all equipment is there is to be checked by the host, not discovered by the guest. If you like light, chose something else, this is quite dark.

Central location. Few minutes away from the historical centre

Very steep narrow wooden steps. Two floor with luggages is a challenge. Nevertheless older people can find very difficult to climb up and down these stairs. Secondly it is not two bedroom. It is one bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room.

There was no word of the ridiculous stairs in the description of the property ad. If I knew this I would have never booked it. We had to move four large luggage bags up four staircases that were beyond small. No water in the fridge upon arrival. This would have been nice since we greatly struggled with getting up the stairs on a 35 degree day. The coffee machine is a manual coffee grinder - not pod. It was dirty. Inconvenient as we were wanting to have coffee every morning upon waking up and before heading out. The host was not very attentive. I asked for more soap as there was less than a quarter left in a bottle for a Three day stay. I was ignored. The description states daily housekeeping. We got NONE over a three day stay. We asked for extra towels and were told to pay extra (€6 per towel) We showered cold for the two/ three days. When asked the host about this he said “you switched off the hot water switch”. I didn’t know there was one hidden away in the laundry. Overall bad experience! Would not go back .

Place looked exactly like in the photos, very clean and well kept. Daniele was super helpful, very polite and friendly, can't praise him enough! All I can say is a big thank you, me and my son loved staying in your flat! 😊 Highly recomended!!!
