The Beach House - Treasure Island

Great location with everything we needed for a short stay at the beach.

Nothing, we loved it.

What a gem. Right on a boardwalk to the beach. Its a public beach but it was not crowded. This place had everything we needed and the owner was super responsive and had the little things done like cooling the room for us. The internet was fast and TV's were Smart and modern. The little BBQ area next to the hotel was very well done and equipped. Cabana and Umbrella rentals are available on the beach from a third party at reasonable rates. Definitely cheaper than paying a resort fee. This place was the best mom and pop we've ever stayed at, There's a bustop in front of the building that takes you from Clearwater Beach to St Pete Beach to Dowtown St Pete for $5 a day. The transit is clean and seemed safe. Drivers are all super friendly. If your thinking about checking out a Rays game, the bus from our door to the Trop was 55 minutes in rush hour traffic.

A cooler would have been awesome but I found one up the strip for a reasonable price.

Amazing location, super friendly staff, and great price. Has mostly everything you need and there are lots of great places near by.

Bed and couch not the most comfy.

The location, grill area, little sitting area outside room...

While the rooms are quiet from outside noise because of cement walls, it is very noisy inside due to very loud old air conditioning.

Emplacement très proche de la plage à pied ce qui en fait l’atout principal et à 15 mn à pied du John pass village . Appartement petit mais bien équipé , privilégier un appartement à l’étage , nous étions au rez de chaussée et on entend marcher à l’étage .

Très bruyant au bord de la route , pas d’espace extérieur pour appartement au rez de chaussée . Un grille pain aurait été apprécié , mais cela n’est pas grave ,

Excellent location, has a lot of character, very close to the beach, was very clean. Oh, and the balcony was a great place to sit with a beer people watching!

We really liked that room was a new remodel and very clean.

There was nothing we did not like, it was awesome. The manager was awesome and provided great places to eat and provided beach towels.
