Non presenza del condizionamento per ogni stanza . Salone e una stanza con condizionatore,altra ventilatore a soffitto non funzionante

L'appartamento è veramente spazioso, con due grandi balconate. Il bagno è ristrutturato e ampio, con una doccia favolosa. Il mobilio è nuovo e comodo. Si trova in una zona ben servita ed in un piccolo complesso molto ben tenuto. L'ingresso è indipendente e con posto auto dedicato. Di notte silenzioso e di giorno calmo. L'ospite è stata premurosa e disponibile, anche a richieste straordinarie.

Silvi is a cozy and warm place to stay, even during the winter! ❄️🔥 The apartment is fabulously warm thanks to its exceptional modern heating system, including heated floors – such a treat for cold days. 🏠✨ The fireplace, perfect for candles, adds an incredibly romantic touch to the evenings. 🕯️❤️ The beds and cushions are super comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. 🛏️😴 The location is also a big plus – right near the Eurospin supermarket and Aqua & Sapone household store, making it easy to get everything you need to cook at home. 🛒🍳 For dining out, the nearby restaurants Mara e Peppe, Attenati, and DiPronio Ristorante Braceria are just a short walk away and absolutely worth visiting. 🍽️🍷 I totally recommend this place for a winter stay! 🌟👍

It is not possible to benefit from 2 terraces on winter days as it gets really cold and windy. But I guess it is a great experience on warmer days.

I had such an amazing stay at B&B Melissa in Silvi Marina! 😍 The apartment is super spacious and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The fireplace in the living room (even when not lit) makes the space feel so cozy and inviting. 🕯️🔥 Everything’s included—towels, bed linen, electricity, heating—which is so convenient and hassle-free! 🙌 The veranda was my favorite spot—it’s filled with sunlight and has a beautiful view of the green hills, giving off summer vibes even in autumn and winter mornings. 🌞🍃 It’s quiet and private, but still super close to everything. There’s a fruit shop and an economical Eurospin supermarket just 100 meters away, which made shopping so easy. 🍇🛒 Selena, the host, is incredibly friendly and welcoming! She even surprised me with a rare wine as a gift—such a kind and thoughtful gesture. 🍷💖 I’ll absolutely come back—it’s a little gem that felt like a home away from home. 🌟

There were a few minor downsides to my stay. The building isn’t completely soundproof, so you can hear the neighbors at times. The Wi-Fi connection occasionally gets interrupted, which can be a bit inconvenient. I also missed having a washing machine, as it’s such a useful appliance for longer stays.

The main problem is very noisy neighbors be ready not to sleep while neighbors' dog howls during the whole night or early every-morning, kitchen could be equipped better for 6 persons, bathroom could be more convenient
