Great customer service. Clean room. Good location. Many shops nearby.

The management need to look into the bathroom clealiness. Also in some detailing. D coffee stirrer was nt changed. N bathroom sink was not cleaned properly.

New property. Great place to stay, convinient location (need to correct location in apple maps, google maps show fine), friendly and helpful staff, exceptional amenities. Wished there was food facility aswell, but Annapoorna is about half km away. Exceptional value for money if dining included. Overall, very satisfied.

The staff are very helpful. This was my first trip to Coinbatore, and I arrived at 1 in the midnight after 16 hours of travel. The staff not only welcomed me with a big smile, but also took me the closest, and then opened restaurent. The staff cared me and my son so that we feel home like. Moreover, I happened to meet some of their management team members, and I believe their junior staff learn respecting and helpfulness from them. I had a great experience. Well done, brothers and sisters.
