2 Bed modern apartment

Lovely spacious and well-decorated apartment for our 4 night stay. Very clean, had everything we needed and everything worked as it should. Amazing view over the city and surrounding hills from the living area, a very short walk to the beach and close to the city centre. Clear instructions for parking and accessing the apartment made everything stress-free. Hoping to be back again

A lovely apartment, in a great location. Well decorated and comfortable. Easy communication, easy to find the keys. We had a small issue on the first night but it was dealt with well by the owner. We were in town to visit family, this was a cheaper alternative to staying in the Premier Inn, and it was a much better choice. We'll probably be back!

Frosted vinyl on the windows, you can't see the view!

The flat was light and airy, spotlessly clean and modern. It is well positioned near the marina and well positioned for the Mumbles and the Gower.

A few minor niggles. The toaster didn't work, no bread knife or board. Loose handles on a few kitchen cupboards. Ceiling lights not working in the back bedroom. And there were way too many air fresheners and diffusers. Two in the lounge, two in each of the bathrooms and one in the hall. These things are full of chemicals and we avoid using them in our own home.

Super good location, and a very friendly host. We hope to come back soon, as the apartment is very convenient for a bringing a baby as well.

More than i expected when i booked this apartment. It's very clean with almost everything like you living at your own home. The owner response very fast to all our problems. It makes me feel very comfortable for my first visiting Swansea. This apartment is about 5-15mins walk to the city centre, supermarket, the Waterfront Museum. The lovely beach is right at the back of this apartment and it takes only 5mins. To sum up, it so good that i sincerely recommend for everyone no matter for sightseeing, business and other reasons like me. I go to Swansea attending my daughter's graduation ceremony and sightseeing. Here, i thank for the services of the owner again.

Very close to the beach ,spacious, and clean mostly quiet at night .Modern apartment, nice furniture ,comfortable seating

Bad smell in the en suite bathroom, could not use this facility ,no trays supplied to use in the cooker or the microwave ,no washing up bowl or plug for the sink
