This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Studio with Balcony at Mascarat Beach - Pool in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, of the Government of Spain, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information in lodging activities, by virtue of the principle of protection of the public security and citizen security, we inform you that it is the obligation of all guests to provide the personal data required by current regulations as well as to sign the traveler's parts (all those over 14 years of age; with respect to those under 14 years of age, their parents or legal guardians must provide the data); as well as show their passport or identification at the entrance to the accommodation. In case of refusal, by virtue of the right of admission, entry may be denied.
