Exceptionally clean house Very well stocked, catering for everything you might need for a weeks stay Real fire! Warm house. Very comfy beds and pillows. Comprehensive instructions around the house Parking available in front of the property Also there was a washing machine and dryer!

Towels felt a little thin/ small, minor issue

Beautiful cottage in an excellent location in Coniston. Very comfortable with excellent facilities. Had a wonderful time.

A lovely cosy house, log burner made it even better, especially with the snow outside. And the location is perfect

Perfect location, able to park with no issues. Car parked up on arrival and not needed for rest of the stay as such a good location with everything nearby. House was lovely, very clean and the kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Only issue was the very steep staircase. Not suitable for older people or children.

A lovely cottage with good facilities - even an air fryer (which was new to me!). Though the twin room was made up as a double (which did not suit our party), this was quickly corrected when we asked it to change. Our visit was mostly walking. We cooked our own meals apart from fish and chips one night, and one night (with many friends) at a formal dinner.

Nothing. I would definitely consider visiting again.

Central location, easy parking, lovely little garden, very comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed, spotlessly clean, helpful communication from host.
