Property was very quiet And comfortable however there are issues that need addressing. Firstly on arrival the property was stone cold and the property book tells you to use the thermostat to boost the heating however this doesn’t work and had to rely on turning radiators on that we found to be all turned off, also be aware hot water is limited as we found out when tried bath one after another however was no hot water left, again this sort information should be available to guests. The kitchen could do with more equipment, plates etc especially for people who may want to cook meals while staying and also the cooking pans were poor with the handles very loose, also in the kitchen we were left a bottle of milk in the fridge that was three weeks out of date… The property also advertises itself as having Wi-Fi and a smart TV with streaming services. The Wi-Fi is so poor that you couldn’t use it for browsing let alone streaming anything so feel listing is misleading claiming to have these services. The owner even said the broadband locally wasn’t the best. The property could been amazing however feel there is lack attention to detail to rate any higher.
