Appartement neuf, spacieux et parfaitement équipé. Décoration magnifique. Tout est très bien pensé.

Toutes les communications se font par WhatsApp donc c est assez impersonnel. A partir de 14h il n y a plus de personnel dans la résidence donc si vous voulez récupérer des bagages ou autre, ce n est pas possible. Appartement sur 2 niveaux (chambre en dessous et salon+terrasse au dessus) ce qui diminue la sensation de volume.

Top Quality at every measurable value. Layout, execution, finishes. Gated, high end community. No expense spared or amateurish work here. Great upkeep.

Currently, two construction projects in vicinity. Shower pressure a disappointing trickle. As far as a condo goes, without any amenities, priced higher than comparable properties.
