This apartment is absolutely amazing. New and so comfortable. We loved the small things like salt and dishwashing liquid ect that was available in this apartment.

This apartment is far from everything. We didn't enjoy Tulum as you have to pay to go to the beach, pay for parking and it was building rising up everywhere.

This place is a total disgrace. Almost had a fire, as a light was exploding. Electricity went off. Had to sleep in the dark without electricity. Nobody picked up the phone to help. And it continued even worse. We left after 2 days.

The property is beautiful, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. The room had everything we needed for our short stay and the staff were always readily available whenever we needed anything (before and during the trip). The area felt safe and there are lots of food options (about 10 mins walk). Our room was facing the main road, so it was quite noisy during the day and in the early morning, so make sure to book a room facing away from that if you like to sleep in. I also highly recommend renting a car or scooter as the place is quite some distance from the main town and beach.

Fantastic customer service and communication from the host, the room was super modern, clean and spacious and came at a fantastic price, it all felt very luxurious. Would highly recommend!

Lots of mosquitoes as there is a garden/patio but bug spray was provided by the host

Incredible place! The hosts are so helpful and responsive. We booked the one bedroom apartment and the place was just beautiful! They really did think about every little detail. We wish we could have stayed here longer. We would recommend this place to your friends and family! Location is very safe and secure - ideal if you have a car. There is a 7-Eleven just 7 minutes walk away.

So beautiful and really good price. The location is not bad. The staff is really responsive and gave me lots of advice.

I wish there’s more cups and cutleries but it’s not a big deal at all.
