The unit was really dirty when we came in, the floors were rough and it doesn't seem like it was well prepared for guests. They did not provide any toilet paper which i feel like most Abnb or similar places would provide basic toiletries such as. Multiple things broken The spinner from the washer spinner was broken Hair dryer was broken Water and shower heater was broken There were roaches in the unit as well.

Defective appliances and no drinking water available we had bought a 20L bottle with water at 185 pesos outside.

The staff and security guards were very kind and accommodating.

When we arrived I noticed the kitchenware (frying pan,rice cooker, etc) seemed used and was visibly not washed after the previous tenants used it and left. The place was kinda dirty, like i was not properly cleaned before our check in. There were some big flies and a cockroach inside the unit which we had to get rid of. The most disappointing part was the swimming pool in the building were the unit was because it was not open for use although I had messaged the owner regarding our use of the pool, she did not mention it was under maintenance and could NOT be used. So we had to go to another building where their pool was in the roof deck. It was not ideal for me because we had kids over to swim and the rooftop didn’t feel safe for kids.. The pool in the roof deck also seemed dirty and unmaintained. What was advertised in this unit was a ground floor swimming pool. So I was very disappointed since the whole purpose for me in booking a condo was to use the supposedly GROUND FLOOR pool.
