LOVE ROOM - Luxembourg

The equipment and the room are nicely decorated and clean. It's a great setting to open your mind to the diversity of possibilities.

We had a few hick ups and misscommunications. The start was kinda rough but Sara tried her best to fix what she could and reimburse us for what couldn't easliy be fixed.

Lot’s of different activities where possible. The jacuzzi was very relaxing.

No Batteries for the electric candles. Massage oil available but no lubricant.

The room and bathroom are finished to a high standard. The bed is super comfy.

I have marked this place down due to the terrible start we had. Directions and instructions plus communications with Sara were very good. We arrived at 4 the check in time stated. Climbed the 3 flights of stairs to find the room door open and not ready as the cleaner was still on floor 2. This was booked as a surprise for my partner but she saw part of the room as we went up the stairs and totally blew the whole thing. Tried to communicate with the cleaner but we could not understand each other. That's my fault as I don't speak French!. Sent Sara a message and she replied quickly and sorted things with the cleaner. We came to an agreement re an extra bottle of champagne. We were told when the room was ready. Got there within minutes and yes all was ready and nice and clean. The trouble is it was 5pm by then!. Enjoyed the room over all. But the hot tub was a right pain to work out with no proper instructions. Yes Sara you have instruction manuals for everything in English and French. But in the English book the instructions for the hot tub are in French!!. As per some previous reviews this place is not in the best of areas. The apartment felt safe due to the secure doors etc. It seemed to be in the Soho type area of Luxembourg. May not suit those of a nervous disposition. I'm expecting a reply from Sara on here regarding my review. But in my mind don't say check in is at 4 which is pretty late anyway. When you can't even honour that contract!.

Great concept, exceptional decor & comfortable bed. The accessories heightened the mood and made it a night to remember. Excellent location, walking distance to shops/bars/easy to park car in nearby car park. Would recommend 100% If your looking for a bit of spice & excitement.
