The place was very easy to get to, located right by the lake side and train station. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Our only issues were the slow communication with the host on the day of arrival, and the curtains in the apartment are completely see-through with other rooms able to see straight in from an above angle. Also it is possible that someone can see through the keyhole that points to the bed so any future guests should hang a hat on the door handle.

the online check- in was a nightmare . I continually reached a spot where I could go no further with submitting the required information and I was redirected to the start. I made numerous attempts before it was finalised . I spent 2 days of my 4 day stay not being able to use the bathroom sink as the plug release lever was broken. As I had washed a tee shirt by hand it was full of water. I reported it straight away but it took 2 days for someone to fix the problem so I was unable to wash my hands in the bathroom

Location was excellent really central and close to cafes. shops etc

The kitchen only had a 2 ring hob and a microwave so limited cooking facilities, nicely appointed and spacious but would have been nice to have a sofa as nowhere to sit other than the bed or at the kitchen table. The bed is a pull down one only. Also the company took a further payment from us above the original one over 4 weeks later !!!! this was in addition to the local taxes we paid. Very annoying. Booking.com very poor explanation of what it was for. Had a call from agent whilst there advising someone was calling at the apartment for some reason, only called when we were out. Such visits should be arranged when guests not there. Lock box was difficult to open when leaving.

Location was fantastic and the studio clean.

The bed wasn‘t the most comfortable and the room was a bit too bright at night (one window didn‘t have a curtain)

Great location , nice kitchen and washing machine

Uncomfortable bed , no place to put the suitcase , a vintage but broken closet , lack of curtain on a small window let the street light in at night
