The property is beautiful. Great location, a 5/10 minute walk to town. A 2 minute walk to a duck farm with great sunset views.

The location was amazing with the most accommodating hosts you could ask for, off of the main road so noise was not a problem and very nice spacious rooms. 10/10

Hele lieve host. Goed verzorgd ontbijt en extreem schone kamer. Ook het zwembad was erg goed onderhouden. De airco op de kamer werkt ook perfect.

Mooie ligging net buiten drukke centrum, maar op loopafstand. De gastvrouw en gastheer waren super vriendelijk en hebben geholpen met boeken van tour en vervoer van en naar Hanoi. Ontbijt was heerlijk en met vers fruit.

We had such a wonderful stay Viet Tan Homestay in Tam Coc! A truly 10/10 experience! From the very beginning, the owners were incredibly accommodating and attentive. No matter what we needed (extra blankets, pillows, additional towels, or any small request) everything was handled immediately and with a genuine smile. You can really feel that they care about their guests and go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and included free of charge, which made the mornings even more enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights was how easy and affordable it was to rent bicycles and motorbikes directly at the place. Exploring the Tam Coc area this way is an absolute must-do. The house itself is beautifully located, nestled among limestone mountains, creating a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Tam Coc!
