Location, support from Host, easily available cleaning staff & the facility was clean!

Nice pool, they provide everything you hope for. 2 minutes walk from main street and shops

There is no air conditioned living space- aircon only in bedrooms.

We absolutely loved everything about the Villa,it was like paradise. Walking distance to the beaches,shopping and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending this accommodation to everyone.

The property was exactly as it was advertised. We liked the fact that it was 'different' from the other villas available. It was / is unique property which was very clean, tidy and presented very well!

Unfortunately during our stay the hot water unit which served one side of the villa stopped working. Desak and her team tried multiple times to fix the issue but unfortunately couldn't whilst we were there. It should be noted that the Balinese Galungan Festival was taking place during our stay at the villa. So trying to purchase spare parts etc during this time was very difficult let alone trying to source labour to install it all. But Desak and her team continued to persist in the interests of trying to keep us happy. Although the situation was disappointing it wasn't anyone's fault. It was simply bad luck.

Privacy. We have the facilities to ourselves for the entire trip. Staff didn't intrude unnecessarily. Rooms are spacious. When they found out we will arrive very late in the day at the villa, they even offered to help us buy food. Our flight was delayed, and there was a further 1 hour delay at the luggage carousel. Despite this, we were greeted by a profesional and polite staff. He waited patiently at the villa late into the night for us. Overall, great facilities, great people.

Very clean, very quiet and the staff was very helpful. And a great location for food and shopping.
