Clean. Modern. Secure. Host was excellent. So helpful and friendly. Helped us park our big car in a tight space. Perfect for visiting the Turkish Steps and The Valley of The Temples. Large bathroom.

A spacious one bedroom apartment in a great part of town. A full sized fridge and washing machine was welcome, a large wardrobe for bags and clothes, comfortable bed, multiple pillows. A quiet part of town, but close enough to city centre to be on foot. Car spaces just outside the door. Huge bathroom with big shower with twin heads. Water provided in fridge.

Like many apartment properties in Italy, I am finding they just lack a few essentials, especially ones with kitchens where it might be expected to cook and dine there, but there isn’t sufficient utensils, pans or basics like oil or seasoning, so it’s not worth using the kitchen. You’d have to buy everything. Plus no wine glasses or coffee/tea. Adding these would give it a perfect score. It would have been great to have checkin instructions provided up front rather than live by text and step by step, as it was tedious while with arms full of bags after long journey.

New conversion, excellent bathroom. Handy for local restaurants etc - stairway walk downhill. Good internet. Check in was by phone call but straightforward- two keys in key box. Parking immediately by the property was a lottery but we found a space in the wider roadway just downhill from the nearby church, which made entry and exit from the town much easier.

The family upstairs were a bit heavy footed in the evening- always a problem with hard floors. Maybe buy them some slippers :)

Very well located close to the nice city center of Agrigente. Very kind and flexible host to organize arrival and departure. The appartment was very clean and well furnished.

The place lacks aeration and it wasn't easy to dry stuffs. We couldn't think use the laundry as we couldn't dry clothes/towels, despite it was summer and very hot period.
