La anfitriona ha sido maravillosa. Además de responder a nuestras necesidades de llegada, la casa estaba impoluta, nos proporcionó alternativas de ocio y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. RECOMENDABLE

Predivan apartman pun svjetla i sa lijepim pogledom na grad. Mala terasa idealna za jutarnju kavu na suncu. Iznimno ljubazna domaćica spremna pomoći ukoliko je potrebno i sa savjetima koje znamenostosti i lokacije posjetiti. Ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Pohvala za poklon domaćice u vidu pjenušca koji nažalost nismo stigli iskoristiti, pa ostaje za druge goste. Topla preporuka.

Slabiji pritisak vode, ali ne utječe na kvalitetu tuširanja. Prijedlog da se u kupaonicu stavi još nekoliko kukica za objesiti ručnike.

La presión del agua era baja y para ducharse era incómodo dada la baja presión y los cambios de temperatura abruptos. El piso es frío y necesita remodelarse por temas de humedades en el techo

This place was amazing! The appartment was wonderful, perfect for our family vacation, would stay a few days more just for the terrace and the view from the kitchen. 😊 The location is very close to metro station and was no problem seeing all of Valencia on foot, everything is nearby (shop, caffe bar), and Fabio was one of the nicest hosts we ever had. 10/10, would definitely come back 😊

Met by Fabio who was friendly and helpful. Great location for getting around the city. Top floor apartment with stairs and lift. Good views and nice terrace. Accommodation ideal for our 3 night discover the city stay. Supermarkets and cafes within 5 mins walk.

Poor water pressure in the shower but water stays hot, so not a problem.

The property was very clean and our contact Fabio was super helpful and very responsive to all my questions. He gave us loads of info about València which really helped us have a most enjoyable time.
