Departamento con terraza privada

Very good location, right in the middle of Zona Romantica. Right above a little cafe, and tasty restaurant while being minutes away from bars, restaurants, and the beach. Beautiful, spacious living space with air conditioning and fans. Incredible private terrace space that is the main event. Lots of plants and lots of privacy. Allowed me to have my own peaceful sanctuary while not being up in the hills, or in a high rise. The hosts are very nice and very communicative. As there are lots of plants, they will come and water them but they contact you ahead of time to let you know. The way they take care of their plants is a reflection of how they take care of the home.

Could use some more light sources as it gets quite dark at night. Could use a full length mirror (but that's personal opinion) Missing dish soap in the kitchenette Plumbing for the toilet is a little weak

The apartment is amazing! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—step away from great restaurants (amazing breakfast place below and fantastic taco stand on the corner, for example), all the popular bars, and minutes away from the beach. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. This is in the center of Zona Romantico, so if you’re looking for a quiet and secluded place, this might not be for you, but if you like to feel the energy and if you like to go out and socialize, it’s perfect. Also, I felt 100% safe walking around here even late at night. One of the highlights of my trip was the incredible hospitality of Fulgencio, the host. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—even greeting me with a bottle of wine upon arrival! He was always available to answer any questions and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.

Water pressure could be better, but it didn’t bother me.
