"Très bien pour sortie en ville et aller dans un restaurant."

L’appartement est très bien situé. En plein centre-ville donnant sur les rues commerçantes. Un parking payant qui a été conseillé dans les instructions est situé à deux pas et n’est pas très cher. Comme c’est situé en centre ville, ça reste bruyant.

Une porte-fenêtre semble mal fermer. Du coup l’isolation acoustique est mal assurée.
