La ubicación, la atención de Yolanda y Beni. La limpieza, el aparcamiento y en general todo el apartamento.

Lo único no cierto es lo de vistas al mar, pero no se puede calificar de negativo, simplemente creo que no se debe indicar en el anuncio..
